With the guiding principles of the Mission of the University Library (Dutch only) a strategic plan is periodically established, with the area's of attention for that period. Currently the Strategic plan of the University Library (2010-2013) (Dutch only) applies.

The annual overviews (Dutch only) give you a report on the functioning of the University Library.

Customer survey LibQUAL+

A customer survey (Dutch only) held in 2008 measured the perception of the University Library's services and products. This resulted in a number of improvements. It is our intention to follow-up on our progression with a new survey.
