University Library user survey

The University Library evaluates its service quality

In 2008, K.U.Leuven University Library invited all faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students to participate in the Association of Research Libraries' LibQUAL+ survey. This library service quality survey measures library users' perceptions of services and resources. The information we gathered through the survey will be valuable as we plan future library services to support research, scholarship, teaching, and learning at K.U.Leuven. Links to the results of the service quality survey are included on this page, as well as links to information on the conclusions and the upcoming actions.
