1. First search in the LIBISng catalogue in which (non K.U.Leuven) library the document is located = request based on an item result:
click on the library you want to go to (right)
this results in the document information for that library
on the top left you can click on ILL-request
a screen opens where you can register and place the ILL-request
You have to register before you can place the ILL-request

2. If not found in the LIBISng catalogue, search in other library catalogues [pdf, Dutch]:
in the LIBISng catalogue you click on the "sign in" button in the black bar on the top
on the screen with your reader information you can click on "Vrije IBL-aanvraag"
enter the data of the publication you are looking for
