Computers

The library has 48 workstations, as well as several meeting rooms, and copying & printing facilities.

The computers can be used to search the catalogue (Libis), to check Mediargus (database with mainly newspaper articles in Dutch), the Financial Times and several databases. Moreover, you can work on those computers with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word).

There are 4 computers (level 00 at the windows) that are to be used exclusively for Datastream and Amadeus, in busy times for max. 2 hours. Reservation by email or at the desk is recommended! Reservations are cancelled after fifteen minutes of absence. Check for the manuals here. These calendars show the reservations of Datastream & Amadeus live.

The results of a search query in a database can be printed, sent by e-mail or downloaded on a diskette, CD-ROM or memory stick. You can buy diskettes and CD-Roms at the infodesk: see price list.
