Interlibrary loan (ILL)
What is it?
When a book or an article is not available in our library, or any other K.U.Leuven library, our ILL-service can order it in another library.
What to do?
When you've found your document in LIMO, click on 'details'; you will see the link 'request in another library', click on it to complete the application form (after you log in). Then click the 'request' button.
You'll receive a scan of the article by e-mail.
When you've ordered a book, you'll receive an e-mail informing you that you can pick it up in the library.
Pay attention! ILL-requests are not free of charge:

Delivery period
- Articles: 1 to 3 days up to 1 week
